Researchers around the world are already working on how to master increasingly complex production and logistics systems of the future, especially in the port environment. In spite of progressive automation, humans are indispensable and exposed to great physical strain, especially due to manual material provisioning in automobile handling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Under the leadership of the BLG LOGISTICS GROUP AG & Co. KG<\/em> and in close cooperation with the project partners BIBA – Bremen Institute for Production and Logistics <\/em> <\/em>and ELROTEC GmbH<\/em>, the consortium, with the presence of the project sponsor T\u00dcV Rheinland<\/em> and other involved subcontracting partners (including Hunic GmbH<\/em>), officially launched the MEXOT project on the February 2, 2022, during an online kick-off meeting.
