Intelligent work economics by using sensory exoskeletons and autonomous transport systems for enhanced human-technology interaction in the automobile sector
What's the project about?
Dealing with high fluctuations due to high physical demands in the automobile sector, the research project MEXOT aims to develop a comprehensive ergonomic workplace. In order to enable physical work relief for the employee, an automatic process- and employee specific material supply has to be implemented by using sensory exoskeletons and automated guided vehicles (AGV). In addition, intuitive methods and gamification approaches have to be implemented to increase both the employees´ interaction and motivation of working with technical systems.
