The consortium meeting, which took place at BLG in Bremerhaven, was a great success for the project partners BLG, BIBA and ELROTEC as well as the project sponsor TÜV Rheinland. The first work package of the process analysis, which focused on the technical and warehouse areas as well as the ergonomics assessment, could already be successfully completed. Furthermore, the second work package, the conception of the TARGET processes, the system architecture, as well as the functionalities of the subsystems and their implementation approaches, has been completed, too. This includes the conceptual design of the sensory exoskeleton, the driverless transport system, the human-technology interaction, as well as the gamification and application training. As a next step, the development phase of the subsystems will start.
