The sensor system in combination with the incentive platform smartphone app will be tested in the field by operational employees at BLG over the next few weeks. The functionality and impact of using exoskeletons and the incentive platform will be evaluated with regard to ergonomic working methods.
The app allows for intuitive setup via QR code scans for logging in and activating the exoskeleton sensors. The sensor modules for activity detection and ergonomic analysis are directly integrated into the exoskeleton, enabling real-time monitoring. The app provides live visualization of ergonomic posture assessment, activity, and handling. The gamification incentive platform rewards ergonomic work and offers motivation by collecting points for continuous use of an exoskeleton and adherence to ergonomic postures
